Overview

German-speaking Commissioning Engineers are requested to support the delivery, installation, and commissioning of technical systems for new and existing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project architect in developing plans and technical documentation for new projects.
• Perform commissioning activities including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics to ensure system readiness.
• Support installation teams and ensure compliance with project standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct functional and performance tests on equipment and systems.
• Prepare commissioning reports, documentation, and handover materials.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams in German and English as required.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning activities.
• Provide on‑site training and support to end users if needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluency in German (mandatory).
• Degree or vocational qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related field).
• Experience in commissioning, system testing, or technical field engineering.
• Strong understanding of technical plans and engineering documentation.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site project work.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience working with architects or multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of automation systems, industrial controls, or electrical commissioning.
