Description

A growing international consultancy is seeking a Junior Architect with strong Revit capability to join its multidisciplinary design team. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career architect to gain hands-on experience across technically complex projects, working alongside experienced architects, engineers and project managers in a collaborative professional environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to architectural design and technical delivery across multiple project stages, from early concept development through to construction and completion. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys combining design thinking with practical, detail-oriented execution and who is keen to develop professionally within a structured yet supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to architectural design and planning using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements
  • Support the coordination of architectural input with structural, mechanical and other engineering disciplines
  • Assist in preparing technical drawings, specifications and design documentation
  • Participate in project reviews to ensure design quality, functionality and alignment with client requirements
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to help resolve design and construction-related issues
  • Take part in site visits where required to monitor progress and support delivery against programme and budget
  • Work under the guidance of senior team members while progressively taking on greater responsibility

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in architectural planning and design
  • Practical experience using Revit on live projects
  • A strong understanding of technical detailing and coordinated design
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Confident communication skills, with professional-level English
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach to work
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute positively to team culture
  • Professional registration or signature rights would be advantageous but are not essential

What the Organisation Offers

  • Exposure to varied, technically challenging projects with an international dimension
  • Clear development pathways and opportunities for career progression
  • A supportive and professional working environment that values collaboration and integrity
  • Ongoing learning and development resources
  • A comprehensive benefits package designed to support wellbeing and performance

Candidates who may not meet every requirement but demonstrate strong potential are encouraged to apply.
