Project Manager – Multidisciplinary Building Projects

An international engineering and project consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Tangiers, Morocco and contribute to the delivery of complex, high‑value building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging and innovative schemes across a diverse portfolio, within a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.

The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination, overseeing projects from early design stages through to delivery. They will work closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across structural, architectural and building services disciplines
• Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets and programmes throughout the full project lifecycle
• Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives
• Review and validate technical studies, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and best practice
• Monitor risks, identify mitigation measures and drive continuous improvement
• Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organisation

Candidate Profile

• Degree qualified in engineering, construction or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience managing complex building or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and design management
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in French, Arabic is advantageous
